Membership Terms and Regulations

A member shall abide by the Word of God given to us in the Holy Scriptures and respect all regulations pertaining to individual membership, Word On Wheels® Chapter of affiliation, the Ministry’s various Outreach programs and Word On Wheels®  Headquarters.

0. The membership term is one year from the date of acceptance by the Board of Directors.
0. Membership shall be entitled to automatic renewal unless otherwise requested by the individual member, through a signed release form, to terminate said membership.
0. Memberships require an initial one-time per member registration fee of:  $155.00 for Full Membership, and $85.00 for Casual Membership.  Applications will not be processed without registration fees enclosed for each individual member.
0. Membership dues are:  $18.00 per month for Full Memberships and $10.00 per month for Casual Memberships.  These dues will be automatically collected every month using the payment method indicated on each individual member’s application.
0. In the event a payment is returned for insufficient funds or denied by a bank or credit card company, the member is responsible for immediate payment on demand.  Should the member refuse to pay, be continuously in default, or discontinues his/her dues, said membership shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors for consideration of termination.
0. The member’s Word On Wheels® Chapter President, upon review and agreement of the entire Chapter Board, may reprimand, disqualify, discontinue, promote, or recommend a membership to the Board of Directors of Word On Wheels® Headquarters.
0. A member in good standing shall benefit all privileges of membership within their Word  On Wheels® Chapter and Word On Wheels® Headquarters.
0. Word On Wheels® Chapters and individual members shall never seek to make a profit from the endeavors of Word On Wheels® Headquarters, its Outreach Programs or Events and activities throughout.
0. Word On Wheels® Chapters shall maintain open books of their financial records, Minutes and all activities.
0. Word On Wheels® Chapters are accountable to the Board of Directors of Word On Wheels® Headquarters.
0. Word On Wheels® Chapters shall not seek to “name” themselves.  All Word On Wheels®  Chapters shall solely identify themselves as Word On Wheels® and shall display the numerical Chapter designation assigned by their Word On Wheels® Headquarters.
0. An individual member shall follow procedural “rank and file” within their Chapter.
0. A Chapter as a whole, or any individual member, shall not conduct themselves in a manner which is inappropriate or unworthy of membership.  We are servants of God!
0. All members agree to proudly display their patches and pins appropriately, at all times.
0. Members agree to upgrade, update and maintain their patches as necessary.  Members agree not to display any torn, soiled or otherwise unsightly patches.  These must be replaced immediately with new items.
0. Full Members agree to participate in all events and meetings as required.
0. All members agree to carry their Word On Wheels® membership ID cards on their person at all times and to present their card upon request.
0. Members shall not compete with each other, with Chapters, or any other religious groups or organizations.
0. All members, regardless of office or rank, shall display through actions and behavior the compassion of Christ as they interact with each other and with the community at large.
0. All members of Word On Wheels® agree to live and abide by the Biblical laws set forth in the Holy Scriptures (Bible).
0. All members shall introduce the Word of God as set forth in the Holy Scriptures to those who have not been presented with the opportunity.
0. Members will educate, instruct, encourage and admonish each other in the Word of God.
0. Members are to introduce the community at large to the outreach efforts of Word On Wheels®. 
0. All members are expected to challenge churches to be more receptive of ALL people, by talking with a Pastor, Reverend, Minister, Priest, etc, and attending church services regularly.
0. All members agree to these terms and regulations as hereto set forth, and to all such modifications, ratifications, and appendices thereof as shall be necessary from time to time upon proper procedural determination by the Word On Wheels® Board of Directors.
