SHIPPING

All promotional items will generally ship within 3 to 4 weeks of a cleared payment.  All event "registration packets" will ship within the specified dates for each individual event.  Please read the shipping information for the specific event you wish to register in before placing your order.  During the check out process, you will be asked to check two boxes:  one indicating that you have read and agreed to our terms of agreement and another box indicating that you have read our privacy policy.  If you do not check these two boxes, you will not be allowed to proceed with the check out process and your order will be rejected.

RETURNS

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

Promotional items may be returned for replacement only.  Any defective item must be reported to the corporate office (not the chapter office) by the purchaser in order to receive a return code.  Without a return code, the item cannot  be returned for replacement. 

MEMBERSHIP ITEMS:

All manadatory patches and pins may be replaced if defective.  Simply contact us with details and for instructions.

REFUNDS

Memberships, sponsorships, and donations are non-refundable.
