Word On Wheels Global Ministries, Inc. (a Not-for-Profit Christian Outreach "street ministries") has begun working on its next big fundraising event, and as usual, it will benefit a worthy cause...this time, the recipient will be the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation in St. Petersburg, FL. This Memorial Run will be departing from the Durango Harley-Davidson dealership in Durango, Colorado on March 18th, 2008 - heading out through several states to its final destination of St. Petersburg, Florida (home of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation) on March 31st, 2008. Throughout this Run, there will be 20+ stops at the many Harley-Davidson dealerships and stores along the way, to meet up with the many riders and "cage" drivers that have registered a particular stop to begin their participation. You see, not everyone participating in this event will be riding a motorcycle. Some will be in cars (or in another vehicle that has more than two wheels), then again, some will be fying in and renting a motorcycle or car while others may trailer their bike to a warmer location to begin their participation.
